Before
you call an engineer please read the following, it could save you time,
money and embarrassment
We
get literally scores of calls where there is absolutely nothing wrong
with the actual appliance itself, it’s just that the customers have not
performed a few simple checks before calling an engineer.
Unfortunately
in many cases the appliance manufacturer will not pay for these calls
as your warranty is for mechanical and electrical breakdown, not for the
customer failing to read the handbook or not installing the appliance
correctly. When this happens in a great many cases, you, the customer
will be charged for the call so please take note!
With
this in mind we have designed this section of the site to give you, the
customer, some simple guidelines and things to check before you call an
engineer out.
We hope this section provides some insight and guidance
.
