Coverage Area

We cover the vast majority of West Central Scotland for all the appliances that we service with same-day and next-day service available in many cases.

The map above shows graphically the areas which we cover for in-home service.

The coloured parts (i.e. except green and blue) are our normal area of coverage although we can, under special circumstances, also cover some of the surrounding areas.

ML Postcode Areas

All Covered All Postcodes covered in this area includes Hamilton, Motherwell, Bellshill, Shotts, Carluke, Biggar etc.

KA Postcode Areas All Covered*

All areas covered with the exception of Isle of Arran, KA27.

G Postcode Areas All Covered

All Glasgow, Greater Glasgow, surrounding areas and suburbs Helensburgh, Rhu and Dumbartonshire are included in this area.

FK Postcode Areas All Covered

Includes all of the Falkirk and Stirling area and includes Alloa, Sauchie, Grangemouth, Callander etc.

PA Postcode Areas PA1 to PA19 covered*

All Paisley and Renfrewshire areas covered Greenock, Gourock, Port Glasgow etc. (N.B. excludes islands - see note below)

Customers will normally be contacted within four hours of calls being faxed or phoned in to our office (excluding out of hours and public holidays). Normal office hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. We will try to obtain access to the call by means of calling the customer to pre-arrange a call by telephone or fax (where available. Alternatively, if this is not possible or we cannot reach the customer by telephone within three working days we will postcard the customer in order for them to contact ourselves directly. In all the above areas, we guarantee a call within 24 hours of placement or a timed call, by arrangement with the customer, within 48 hours of the call being placed with us. Same day service is available in almost all cases in urban areas; we cannot guarantee this service in rural areas.

Out of hours service calls are available on request and are by arrangement only, but do involve additional charges to either the manufacturer, insurer or the customer direct.
